I got a job offer and I’m about to give my notice to my current company for which I’ve worked for over 10 years. I’m moving cross country as well. I have 401k, HSA and also enrolled in ESPP with them. I need advice on what I should do after I leave. I admit that I’m a little clueless when it comes to this stuff so that’s why I’m posting here!
Questions I have: - what happens to the 401k? Do I need to open another account? Also new company offers a 401k with fidelity.

I’ve been participating in ESPP for a few years and have never sold any of my stocks. The next purchase date is Dec 15th. Will they refund me the money deducted from my paycheck in the last purchase period? What do I need to watch for?
