'Tis the season for everyone looking for miracle gloves for winter. My only requirements are that they must be warm and tactile. Tactile enough I can retrieve my pen from my pocket, write, and flip through a few sheets of paper or maybe money in my wallet easily. Warm enough so that I'm perfectly dandy for 20-30 minutes. I work in an office, but go outside a few minutes at a time throughout the day.
I went in to the Red Wing store to try theirs on and a large in the lined version fit well, but still was a little too bulky at the fingertips where it matters most to me. A medium in the unlined version, fits like a dream come true. If these ones will keep my hands warm enough in the dead of winter (10-20 degrees F) for at least 20 minutes, then I'll snag them up.
They don't have to be Red Wing brand, but they are super local for me so that's just a plus.
