J.Crew has by far the best customer service I've ever experienced. I know I'm not the only one that's been treated by them so I figured I'd create a post for us to share our awesome J.Crew stories.

Mine is very recent. The day before Thanksgiving, they had 40% and, like many of you, I was able to purchase this Ludlow Suit for approximately $195 after taxes. I used a $25 coupon they had sent me for being a cardmember which brought the total to $170. Already an amazing deal for a 100% Ludlow suit.

The following day I had called and asked if they could add my wife's 15% student discount. At first, the representative hesitated but eventually said that she'd do it as a one-time courtesy. Great! That brought my suit down to $145. I'm stoked at this point.

Fast forward to today when I have already received my suit (a day earlier than they estimated) and I notice they charged my card $170. I gave them a call to verify that the 15% was added. The rep had told me that it was added and I should see it within 30 days. Cool, I can wait.

So then I asked her if it was possible to add the additional 10% that was added to the sale the next day and she did it with no questions asked. My suit is at $130 at this point!

Finally, I had a $50 coupon that they had just randomly sent me as a gift. This coupon wasn't applying when I was trying to purchase because it didn't stack. Pushing my luck, I asked the rep if she could add that to my order as well. Again, she couldn't have been more accommodating and added it no questions asked.

After all that, I ended up with a fantastic 100% wool Ludlow Suit for $80.

Goddamn J.Crew, you have earned a customer for as long as you're around.
