The blue lever starts the water flow down the left hand side.I can put my hand in and feel what´s happening. There are two sections with a divider in the middle. http://ift.tt/2j0GEhu The water goes into the left section and at the bottom of the divider there´s a hole, there´s supposed to be something there to collect the water and then release it when flushed, so instead, the water just flows right through and trickles into the toilet.Can someone provide some insight into what is missing?
