I have a fairly large portfolio in Interactive Brokers with 100+ positions. Having that many opened positions makes the portfolio window relatively difficult for me to have an at-a-glance understanding of what performs. Is it possible in IB to group positions within the portfolio window around tags of your choosing? For instance I have a dozen or so individual tech stocks: I'd ideally like to see them grouped under a "Tech stocks" heading and see the consolidated performance for this.
I know you can do this if you create your portfolio with IB's portfolio builder tool. Individual positions are then consolidated under the name of your strategy and it then looks like this but I haven't figured out how to organize my existing positions. Thanks in advance!
