Off the top of my head, I can think of airbnb and order tickets 3+ months ahead to get the best deals.
The answer may heavily rely on the locations I want to visit: San Francisco, Arizona, New York, Chicago, Dallas. But I also have friends in each location.
Do I meticulously plan each and every step even down to the restaurants I need to drop by? Is this still a thing that people do? What are frugal ways to keep in mind while travelling?
