After about 9 months of streamlining and standardizing my clothing (along with my lifestyle) down to a few key items, I have never felt so happier. Just not having to go through the stress of deciding everyday what to wear has been such a blessing.
Have been trying to do that with food - breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am just not able to because I don't really have a particular type of food that I like the most and which I can have daily.
And being a foodie isn't helping me.
Have you been able to do that? Any tips?
