I’m 31. No kids. No debt. No property. Earning around 65k a year.
I inherited the money a while ago. I have more but I’m saving that for any unfortunate events. I had more than that but I am not good with money and have gotten to the point where I’m living within my means, not blowing the money, and not paycheck to paycheck. I don’t want to blow this money and am scared to even have it. It seems like a weird problem to be scared to have money but my family has never been good with money and I’m looking for some helpful advice. Retirement, investing, anything. I have a BA but never took many finance courses. I’m willing to read up on money management but whenever I start looking at books there are too many to choose one. Any help would be appreciated!
