I do not know where else to turn. I tried calling into the company that submeters my building but they keep telling me I pay for water...In my lease it claims that I don't pay for water and I pay for electricity. Even called into my building manager and she claims I only pay for anything I plug into an outlet. In any case, (water or electricity) there is no way I should be racking up this high of a bill!
I am young, work two jobs, barely home, trying to start college, and I am currently sick with the flu...Please help me. :( I do not know what else to do.
