$GE stock price is at an all time low. Is now the time to get in, or will this thing keep falling?

I was wondering if anyone had any theory's about this major down turn in $GE. Is this the end of GE?

Also, it currently has a really attractive dividend... So I'm tempted... Someone please tell me why im stupid.
