Based on what I am reading here so far Fidelity or Vanguard are my best two options. I currently have 3 stocks and some cash in another account and the fee structure is changing. The fee structure is complicated and not to my advantage.

I will be moving my 3 stocks and purchasing another one. Moving forward my money will be going into ETF or Mutual funds on a monthly basis. I really like the Vanguard Mutual funds. I am not an active trader. I have had my stocks for over 3 years and I plan on keeping them for the foreseeable future.

I guess I have two questions. 1. It appears Vanguard has an account fee and a management fee on top of the expense ratio of the funds. Is this assessment accurate? I know I can get the account fee waved if I sign up for e-delivery.

  1. Are the Vanguard funds available on Fidelity trading account for 0$ investment cost?

Thanx for any input.
