Working as a computer technician for 3 years now for a school system, employer is talking about cutting 5 technicians including myself. But is keeping a part timer, just hired 2 new paid interns making 1000$ a month and put out a job announcement for a new employee making 46,000$.
Can my employer really fire people, due to budget, if your hiring new people. Or am I just out of luck.
