I searched, but it looks like the most recent thread on this topic is over a year old.
I just found out I am doing Christmas stockings for 8 people this year. I'm happy to do it (not looking to get out of it), but money is very tight, so I'm looking for some cheap ideas. My people are mostly adults, with one 10 year old and one 1.5 year old.
So far, I'm thinking:
- Oranges/fruit
- Socks (maybe from the dollar store?)
- Other dollar store items(???)
- Candy
- Chapstick/Burt's bees, if I can find a good price
- Ethnic snacks (cheap at my local ethnic market)
- Boxes of tea
- Bag of homemade cookies
Any ideas would be appreciated!
