Starter homes are 300k plus here. Rents are 1500 to 2500. Avarage individual income is 35k. Very bad mixup. What is the most affordable housing. Rv? Manufactured housing? Condo? Townhome? Are there any i am missing? I don't even care if it depreciated at this point I just want to be able to live a comftorable life and not spend much money spending money I find is extremely painful. Painful to the point were I am actually losing weight because I am trying to save money on food
