What's the cheapest but nicest way of getting a live Christmas tree? My partner despises plastic ones so we're looking to get a live one that's rooted so we can plant it into his parents garden when not in use... But a part of me thinks it's a bit of a risk due to it not being 100% likely to survive replanting every year and slightly more expensive than a cut one.
Any input is appreciated (even if it suggesting we just get a twig and call it a day).
