I happened to be in my local mall yesterday with my kids attending a birthday party. Had some time to kill so I strolled into Belk's for the very first time. They had a huge sign with clothes practically piled to the ceiling saying:

I just happened to need some new work pants, and ended up getting 3 new pairs of IZOD slacks for $47 plus tax. EDIT I realize IZOD isn't near what they used to be, but they fit well and look nice.
Not a thrift store bargain by any means, but in my line of work dressing sharp is a must, so I was VERY pleased with the deal I got. I believe the B1G2 also applies to other items - shoes, shirts, etc. of certain brands.
They have these deals for ladies clothing too, which in my experience(via the wifey) tends to be priced much more proudly than men's clothing for similar quality.
