Hello! I adopted a lizard. I haven’t been able to find a structure online for an affordable price that is what I am picturing so I thought I would make it myself. I want to make a multi tiered basking rock with stairs and a hidey hole that is quite large to filled about half of a 40 gal tank.Should I use air dry clay (like Crayola magic model) or oven baked clay?I would want to paint it a terra-cotta color if the clay wasn’t already the correct color I want. Especially assuming that I use model magic which I know degrades in water, what is a good waterproof sealant that is nontoxic.Any recommendations are welcome.
