I work at a family owned business making $12/hour. This is the most I'll make until put on salary which starts at 26k a year but there is no guarantee when that will happen. I did not go to college because in trying to decide what I wanted to do with my life the manager above me told me that it's not about the path you take it's how you walk it. So I decided to stay working for the company. I'm scared that I'm going to live to regret this decision. Should I stay the course? I really enjoy my job but I'm terrified in 8 years I'll look back and regret it all.
