Ordered a pair of glasses from Zenni almost a week ago, but still haven't received any updates from them. I know their website says shipping usually takes 9-14 days, and that there may be delays because of the fires in the northwestern US, but is it normal for there to be pretty much zero contact (besides the initial order confirmation) this long after your order.
I'm just looking for a tracking number or something, but was hoping someone else has dealt with them in the past and could tell me how their order went. Thank you!
