I wanted a long-lasting backpack since my last one broke, and I see almost all of the reviews saying that it is very comfortable, some even saying it's the most comfortable backpack they've ever used. I really want to like it but I regret buying it tbh because it is sooooo uncomfortable. What am I doing different? Am I doing something wrong? Is it because I don't use the waist straps? They don't seem to make THAT much of a difference; it shouldn't be this uncomfortable regardless! And it might be too late to return it too since I've removed the tags and used it some.
