The majority of the posts in this sub don't seem to be centered on helping others, but rather showing off something they found that we can't get or posting news regarding something about a product that is unrelated to the price. I thought this was a subreddit where we help each other get the most out of our money. So far, it's mostly been "hey, check out what I found" posts, which helps no one.
I've been subbed for a few months now, and have learned almost nothing about being frugal, other that people like to show off when they catch a deal.
