https://www.uown.co/ it seems like you give them money in exchange for shared ownership of property. in their little example they show you putting in £1 on a house and getting £1.14 at the end of the yeah - seems legit! what do people think about this? I've had a look and, they forecast for a 5 year investment of £5000 (2500 shares in two sample properties - complete with addresses) I will see a return of £1113.70 from the increase in value of the property (expected) and £1556.43 from rent apparently. giving me back £7670.13 after 5 years. all this for a £100 (2%) fee?? seems far too good to be true
edit: found a bit more info.
