I called Chase and said I was recording the call and the guy immediately hung up. The automated system says they do it too so why can't I? They only reason I recorded the call is because customer service is so inconsistent and mercurial and information is never the same. They refuse to send emails confirming what I ask so what options do I have?
Are they allowed to do this legally? They record my calls, why can't I record it too?
