Does anyone have a solo 401k for their small business?

If so, with what company?

I'm trying to decide if it would be more beneficial to have it with Fidelity or Vanguard.

I read that Fidelity allows access to their lower cost funds, whereas, Vanguard only let's you buy the normal/higher fee Investor class funds.

One downside is that Fidelity does not allow electronic contributions at this time.

I have no tIRAs to bring over.

This is for a long term investment.

I will keep my day job and fund the solo 401k (employer 20%) contributions annually. I already max out the employer side of my day job.

Just trying to save in fees and ERs.

Thanks for your help.
