Signed a non-compete with current company. I was contacted on LinkedIn and offered a similar position with better pay/benefits. What are my options?

The position is basically identical, but with a bigger company that can pay more and offers better benefits (it's a very specific/niche technical position). Seems like a no-brainer to take the position, but not sure what the non-compete means or how it applies. What are my options here?
