My husband and I have no children but have multiple siblings. We know some of those siblings plan on having children and we would like to set up some kind of account or trust for each niece or nephew once they are born to help with college if they chose to attend. These days, what would a reasonable sum be to pay for an average priced university and how much should we put in an account to reach that sum by the time they are college age?
