I am looking for a black laptop bag that will carry a 17 inch laptop along with about 20 pounds of stuff (books, pens, protein bars, chargers, medical supplies, etc) that i can carry around the hospital with me. i prefer a messenger bag style. I found a similar post on here, and really liked the timbuk2 command messenger bag for all its features, but my problem is the warranty. i'm hard on my bags, and every one i have ever owned has split a seam (or 20) and then been held together by thread, sutures, staples, and duct tape reinforcing all the seams til it looks like frankenstein. all these lifetime warranties explicitly say they only cover workmanship details, and not normal wear and tear. I am looking for a bag that has a true warranty, and will be replaced forever if anything ever happens to it, period. cost isn't a huge issue, but thinking 100-300 dollars if possible. just has to be incredibly sturdy, hold all my crap, and not look out of place in a professional setting.
