I would like to buy jewelery for my fiance without feeling like I'm getting ripped off. I'm looking for either a good store where I can trust the quality of the jewelery for the price, or generic advice for choosing adorable jewelery (<$200) that will not break or feel chintzy.
Specifically, she likes blue topaz and aquamarine colored stones and does not like gold or rose gold.
