I'm just getting into making tea (nice tea, not the teabags you get in a grocery store), and I have pretty much nothing that can hold ~100°C water, and in four-five hours, still have at least 80°C water, which is hot enough to brew a lot of teas. So, I'm considering buying a thermos, so I can brew tea when I'm away from home. Does anyone have any recommendations on containers that can keep water hot for that long? I'm thinking of getting this thermos but I might get a bigger one.
