No picture, as I'm not certain how to take a photo of a TV looking awesome. I bought this beastie, a Panasonic Viera 50" plasma, in 2007 to celebrate a new job.

It survived black-bar-burn-in as my little one discovered Netflix in '11, and binged watched a lot of old-TV-format shows. No, it did more than that, it flat out recovered when she switched over to HD-format kids shows for the past two years. No black bars remain now, even against a pure white background. Plasma sets freakin' heal themselves!

The matching Viera Blu-Ray player won't play Captain Underpants discs. So I'll ditch that, and get a new player, and hook it up to my old Panny Viera screen. I am dead certain this TV is good for another ten years, and will embarrass OLED's with its quality and longevity.
