Nokia seems on track in their plans for creating jobs in France. They, so far have hired 330 of the planned 500 new hires for R&D. President Macron oversaw this deal as Economy Minister in 2015-16 and "gave his blessing for Nokia's commitment to creating the R&D jobs and maintaining the 4,200-strong workforce until January 2018.
