Driving to work the other day, I spotted a buttload of white wicker furniture out on the curb! Less than a mile from home, too. I didn't have time to go back and get the truck without a topper, but my man was home so I gave him a heads-up to go fetch it for me.
It turned out to be a 6-piece set -- loveseat, two side chairs, a rocking chair, coffee table and end table. He thought he had it all wedged in securely and was only going a mile so he didn't bother to tie it down. BAD IDEA! Going up our hill, the rocking chair fell off the back and almost hit the car behind him. Whoops! :-o
He pulled over and so did the other driver, a lady who admired the wicker. He said, "I think my girlfriend's going to sell it." She insisted on giving him her number as she wanted first crack at it. He relayed the info to me and I told him to text her and tell her he'd deliver it locally for $75 dollars. SOLD! :-D
