Bought an iPhone 7 Plus for 330 dollars. Seller says it has no issues at all but I may need to get it flashed to get it unlocked.
I contact sprint to get it unlocked through them so I can use it on Verizon. They tell me the seller has a 500 dollar outstanding balance and that if she pays it she can get it unlocked. Obviously she won’t pay that.
I ask for a refund and to meet up again. She tells me she has to go to Texas to visit her friend who is having a baby. She tells me to wait a week. I wait a week and she tells me she lost her wallet/ credit cards and cash and that it takes 7-10 days to get a new one. ( you can still get cash from a bank regardless)
I send her a few more messages and she isn’t replying at all for the last 5-6 days and isn’t even reading the messages. Yet she still posts more items on her page for sale like 16 hours ago.
My idea was to have my GF make a letgo account and agree to meet to buy shoes. I contact the police dept to get a cop to come with me to get my money back.
Any advice?
