What is the best source for IPO first trading date? (The public one, where we can all buy)
For example, I'm tracking this stock: LYL, Dragon Victory International.
They had their first trading session today (Friday) and they did quite well. However, I can't seem to find it on the NASDAQ website.
If I look at the upcoming IPOs in October, it is not listed: http://ift.tt/1nO6vlg
I can see a NASDAQ page with their filing info, which said 12/6/2016: http://ift.tt/2xUKiv2
If I check Yahoo Finance, I can only see a pricing event on the 18th September: http://ift.tt/2yDK3YJ
The only news I can find about the fact that 20-Oct is the first trading day, is a press release on the 19-Oct from LYL.
How do you guys catch the first trading date of IPO stocks?
