I'm 13 years old and currently have a job walking dogs. I make 12 bucks an hour 3 hours a week, and I've been saving it for a while now and have about 200 bucks saves up. When I turn 14 I can get a work permit and go get a job. But with the work permit I can only work 24 hours a week and the job will most likely be minimum wage. But 24 hours a week at minimum wage(10.50) is about 1,000$ a month, with taxes would be about 800 to 850. I plan on saving about 750$ of that and having 100$ to spend, but I most likely wouldn't spend the 100$. That's about 10,000 per year. If I keep working like this until I'm 18 I would have about 36000$ saved up for college, but that doesn't include raises or promotions. Also when I turn 16 I can work more than 24 hours a week. Is this a good plan?
Edit: I wrote this so there is only room for improvement
