I'm trying to get an old car back in service so I can use it for work. It runs fine, it just hasn't been driven since an accident that broke the taillight and bumper. It's been too long to hope for insurance to pay for it. I know I could just go to a junkyard and get the parts, but I'd like the bumper to match so it doesn't look like trash. However, the ones I've found on ebay are mostly only primed, and I have no idea how I'd go about getting one painted, although I'm pretty sure I could install it otherwise.
Maybe I'm asking in the wrong place, but how can I go about solving this? Thanks for the advice.
