As a foreign investor in a country without a tax-treaty with the US, my dividends are taxed at 30%. This withholding tax is killing my returns. The bulk of my long-term portfolio is invested in Vanguard ETFs, specifically BND, BNDX, VTI and VXUS. I can't seem to find out which Vanguard funds pay dividends and which do not. What ETFs, preferably Vanguard, can at look a to replace these dividend-paying ETFs?
