Hello, I have a 4 cm diameter glass rod with a 1 cm diameter hole going straight through it. It is 1 cm too thick for my project. Is there a way to evenly sand around the rod so that it narrows the rod from 4 cm down to 3 cm? I have no experience in sanding glass at all.
