I'm 19 years old and have inherited a life changing amount of money, but I genuinely have no idea what to do with it. A distant relative gave me the money out of nowhere, and apart from him, no one else knows I have been given it. How should I invest it and protect it? I haven't spent any of it yet. I'm currently a student at university and am renting an ok house with friends, but I wouldn't want to move or drop out of college, as I've paid my tuition through working part time during college and full time during holidays. Should I seek a financial adviser? Buy properties? I have no idea what to do. Thanks for your help.
