Recently purchased our first home. Just finished removing all of the wood paneling from the house and replaced with new drywall. Now I want to start on bathrooms. So they are very retro/70s. Both bathrooms are identical, crept this one is blue and the second one is yellow. I’d like to see if I could keep most of the tile but replace only the parts that are blue. All of the bullnose is blue, as well as the section of tile along the floor. The blue stripe running down the middle could potentially stay if too much of a risk. I wondering how difficult it would be to remove the blue tiles without damaging the tile surrounding it. If this is difficult for a first try, would a professional tile installer be able to do it without too much issue, and how much do you expect I would get charged for something like this.
