I have two garage doors that do not have any weather stripping/seals between the garage door and the house. This allows quite a bit of cold air to enter in the winter, and causes the rest of the house to be cold. It looks like there are kits you can buy of PVC molding and install yourself, but everything I have seen, they are attaching the molding to the outside of the garage, to wooden exteriors. My house has stucco around that location, and I am unsure of how to proceed.
