Basically the title says it all, i have Concordia Dental as my insurance. Called to confirm a check was issued to my account, and sure enough it was. I am completely confused as to why i received a 2 thousand dollar check, is it possible there was a set amount of money for the operation and not all of it was used so the rest was just sent to me? any ideas greatly appreciated.
