When I signed up for Progressive in August, I was told that the premium included a discount for participating in the snap-shot program and if I didn't enroll, my premium would go up when it is time to renew. So I signed up and it isn't going too well. I live in an area with a lot of hills so it has been dinging me for hard stops and I take a lot more trips a day than I realized. I've had it plugged in for about 3 weeks now. I read that they will raise your rates based on unfavorable driving. Does anyone have any experience with returning the snapshot in early? Or how much your rates went up after using snapshot for the entire duration?
