I'm not sure if this is the right sub to post on, but i'll give it a go. i've found myself stressing over how i should save and use my tips from my new job. Ive heard people split their tip money into jars or plastic baggies towards things they'll eventually buy like a new phone, new clothes, books, and things you can buy with cash and use their cards for everyday groceries, gas, etc. I've also seen people using their tip money for everyday essentials like groceries, gas and not really saving it, but using it just so they don't have to use your card which makes perfect sense. I understand that it's my tip money, and that i can do whatever i want with it, but hearing any suggestions and ideas would be great. thank you!
