I'm in the process of making this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. The frame and the snake are just going to be sheet steel plasma cut and bent into shape, but I'm looking for ideas about what material to use for the background.The obvious answer would be to just use layers of wood veneer or something and dye it green, but I was thinking you people might have some more interesting ideas.
