Right now is Halloween season, and I'd love to pick up a bunch of Home Depot decorations, but not at full price. When's the best time to get it after Halloween before they unstock it?
I got Christmas lights at Target after the holiday one time, and they keep stacking the discount to something like 90% off by New Years, and I paid $2 per strand.
Just looking for more general store/timing/discount info.
