I've been using them for many years. But I've noticed in the last year I have to submit a request more and more often to receive the cash back that's due. It's a real pita. It seems like now only about 10% of my purchases actually get credited automatically. And sometimes even the ones I have to follow up with, I don't get the correct % of cash back that was in effect at the time.
Anyone else having issues like this?
