I'm situated for a while in a country where they have no concept of eating leafy greens, you can buy spinach/kale however they are insanely expensive and only sold in specialty shops. I have heard you can eat Dandelions and they are super packed with nutrients, I got a garden here full of them growing like crazy, I tried to taste a few, but they are sooo bitter, as you would expect from a Dandelion.

Anyone actually eating them? What's the secret to eating them? Do you eat them raw/cook? How do you get rid of the crazy bitter taste?
