Was told by advisor "70/30" equities/income as best mix for retirement allocation (am late 30s)...I've elected to put 5% of the 70% into high risk (i.e. Ethereum/Bitcoin) but the remaining 65% I'm unsure how best to slice up...Buy and Hold with ETFs like VOO/VEU or something more active like GMOM or PTLC to limit downside risk if market crashes...any advice?
