So in states where rent is 1200-1500. Houses are 300,000 that’s if we get lucky. (Colorado) And me and my wife together make around 50,000 a year gross income. Are we just going to have to rent forever unless we get a job that pays more. Neither of us have degrees or anything. We are looking to going back to school but we just had a son so it’s kinda on the back burner.
Will we have to rent forever?
